Shipping :

As each of the products you order are custom tailored, once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email from our end and we will process your order and ship it to you within 14 working days.

In case we experience delays we will contact you via email to inform you of this. Delays can occur due various reasons such as supplier issues,courier strikes/delays, natural disasters occurring in the country of origin which are out of our control.

Please note that we will always do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible. Shipping above 350aed will be free. For orders below 350aed we will charge you the exact amount of the shipping charges.
